Our Indian Dun Cow reminds us of the legend about the milk maid looking for her lost dun cow and inadvertently pointing monks to the final resting place for St. Cuthbert – now the site of Durham Cathedral. We wanted to create a delicious single origin coffee that can handle plenty of milk and lends itself to all brewing methods. Our Dun Cow coffee is a bold single origin bean from Easter Ghats in Indian. With hints of dark chocolate and cereal, it makes a wonderful black morning brew but also compliments milk nicely for a smooth and creamy finish should you want it.
